Typographical Errors
FelonyFocus makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on this site is accurate, but we take no responsibility for faulty, outdated, or otherwise inaccurate information on this site including pricing, product editorials, product specifications, product pictures and availability. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, FelonyFocus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. FelonyFocus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, FelonyFocus shall attempt to immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Ordering
FelonyFocus takes no responsibility for inaccurate order information (credit card number, shipping address, shipping method, order total, etc.). The customer will be responsible for checking the accuracy of the order information before submitting the order. Note that orders cannot be changed or modified once the order have reached our warehouse for shipment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order.
Warranty
Warranty information
is listed in the description of each product that carries an extended
warranty. A complete copy of any warranty will be sent upon request.
Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope and specify item #. If no warranty
is mentioned, and if you are not happy with your purchase, after initial
inspection, with the quality, workmanship, or materials, you are to
notify the Customer Care Department within 3 days to obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RMA#). You must return the item(s) in question
in unused condition in original carton for replacement or exchange for
other merchandise. All returns must include copy of packing list and
RMA#. Warranty does not cover shipping and handling.
